Shipping policy

Where We Ship We currently only ship within the United States.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 Business days after payment is confirmed, Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays. 

Shipping Rates We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of 3.99 on all orders under $25

Estimated Delivery Time Once Shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. 

Order Tracking Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monintor your delivery. 

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at frontporchvinyl@yahoo.com so we can work to resolve the issue.
